Default what is your "go to" set

Do you have a stamp set that you find yourself using more than the others? You need a birthday card, an anniversary card, a thank you card.... you get what I mean, is there one set that you love??

I have three but they're "related" so I'm counting it as "one" set. Probably explains why I have so much stuff because I always say that's just "one".

They're all retired SU sets. Summer By the Sea, Seaside Sketches and Sketches. I do a lot of watercolour cards and the images work great for that technique.

I'm been using the SU! Medallion stamp a lot. Stamp it off center in whatever color, add some bling in the middle, maybe some coordinating ribbon and a sentiment. Then I mount that on a base and voila!

SU's Sincere Salutations for greetings. And from new cattie, Easy Events will be my "go to" as it has cute little artwork to match the greeting.

not really, however when I make sympathy cards I almost always use the sentiment from a retired SU set called Close As a Memory.

other than that I don't have one set that is my go-to set

Depends on my mood. Elements of Style and Medallion are both frequent fliers, as is Bareback for my horsey friends. I use Sincere Salutations a lot as well.

Baroque Motif. I love that swirl, I use it on cards and scrapbooks! Thoughts and Prayers: the tree and the sentiments.

Beautiful Blooms 2 by PTI - have used it for graduations, birthdays, engagements - just a fun floral set to pair with any sentiment set you have.

Tim Holtz's Fabulous Flourish. Makes a great background or accent piece, as well as a main feature. Looks great embossed too.

For boys - Unfrogettable
For adult males - Lovely As A Tree
For women - Delight In Life or Circle Circus
Girls - All God's Children... the 'Joyful Noise' image.

Mine's Teeny Tiny Wishes. Sometimes I stamp a light background and then one of the sentiments over that and it works with larger punches. My favorite background stamp is the retired So Swirly jumbo wheel.

Not really. I try to cater my cards to the individual.
But, I most always use the itty bitty backgrounds to add a texture, worn look.
That has to be my used stamp set.

I like SU's Paint Prints and Watercolor Trio -- very hard to make an ugly card with those sets. Also great for quick cards.

I use Mega Mixed messages by PTI more than any other set I own. I love the size and the fonts work for almost any style of card. Heartfelt Thanks was easily my most used floral set. I use it less now but still fall back to it at times.

Although I use a lot of different stamps, without a doubt Baroque Motifs is used most--it can stand alone as the focal point, be used as a background, or used with other stamps from floral to hearts, to snowflakes, to leaves, to birds, to...well, you get the idea!

I just went through my gallery and repeatedly saw "Teeny Tiny Wishes" from Stampin up on different cards used with the word window punch...

I also saw MANY butterflies and I have to say I love my newest set from Hero Arts called Antique something...it is not a new release...I am not at home to look at it to give you the proper name :-(.

this is really an oldie - but I love SU's Roses in Winter -- that soft, impressionist look is a favorite of mine and works for so many different types of cards. I just used it to make 55 tags for guest gift bags for my niece's wedding -- perfect!

I'm reaching for 'Sending You' from PTI along with the die set, unusually often. Just find it so versatile and the coordinating dies push it over the top for me.
