Question What are your favorite flower stamps to color?

Hi, it's been forever since I have posted anything. I'm on a fact finding mission. What are your favorite stamps to color? I use Copics and Prismacolor pencils. A few years ago there was a company called Flourishes that had beautiful flower/nature stamps. And I love Power Poppy. Are there any other companies out there that have that style of images?

Altenew, The Ton, GinaK, Simon Says Stamp has some beautiful ones. Hero Arts, Colorado Craft. Man, there are so many and I can't remember. There are many and hopefully there will be some others that will hop on here and give you ideas. Good luck!

Marcella of Power Poppy used to design for Flourishes. She does have a fantastic but unique (IMHO) style so I dont know how close we can get. I love that she often uses uncommon flowers for stamps-I am always very drawn to that kind of thing.

Are you looking for mixed flowers like hers or just fun to color?

You might like the new background stamps out of MFT...lovely and selling like hot cakes.

Technique Tuesday, the Mondo flowers out of Ellen Hutson...it is true. Flowers are one of the biggest categories so everybody has got 'em.

One way I might look is with large gen distributors like Ellen, Scrapbook.com, 1-2-3 Stitch, Frantic Stamper...Frantic and Topflight both have a lot of European stuff and are stateside...just ask for flowers and see what pops up. You may get a feel for particular mfgs you like

I really don't enjoy coloring real flower images (mine end up to cartoony and not realistic) but the flower spites from Aurora Wings amuse me for some reason and I like to color them. They are digital though. My favorite is the Strawberry Sprite.

Vicky Papaionnou (I've just slaughtered her last name, but it'll get you to her) is doing an alphabet flower journal. I found her on YouTube. She's amazing and her tutorials are great. You might find some wonderful ideas and inspiration over at her channel.

ETA: Her journal of flowers is called 'A Year of Flowers'

Northwoods Stamps has some lovely flower/nature stamps. When I am in the mood to color, I usually reach for one of their stamps.

Impression Obsession acquired the Serendipity Stamps line, and they have some lovely large florals:

I like the florals from Embossing Arts too:
