Default Western Themes Invites?

Morning Checking to see if anyone has any ideas for a birthday invite for an adult male in a Western Theme??? I have thought and thought and not come up with anything. It is totally open and can be anything Western related but I am drawing a blank. Any ideas would be VERY appreciated
