I don't know of any templates, but what I do is just cut my paper to roughly the height I want it to be, then score at even intervals (2",4",6",etc.). Then fold them back and forth like a fan. When they're all folded into one flat piece, just cut the corners of the top at a diagonal. You can make them even by measuring the same distance down from the top and making a tic mark on the sides, then measure from the corners across the top and make tic marks. Then when you cut from mark to mark they will be even. HTH!
