... but am open to any suggestions as to what makes it easiest for people scanning to see what they can do.
Sabrina, I have one idea. You either have wheels or you don't. Move the wheels into a section of their own. It would make it easier to check for wheels and separate them out of the list for everyone else.

Yes, I could work on that. It will take me a while because I only have about three catalogues that I can check from, but I'll chip away. On the day I work from home I have a bit of down-time that's good for stuff like that. Thanks for the suggestion.

Thank you - of course, yes. You'd think I might have remembered because I think I've done at least four wheel indices - but a good while ago!
Everything listed as a wheel is now broken out down at the bottom of the 2019 and older listing.
Hi Sabrina. In some of the galleries, the index is not the first post. For example, the index for Lovely Lily Pad is on page 5. I think having the index as the first post in each gallery makes it easiest.

I'm thinking that when the new Annual Catalog comes out, I'll move the 2020 Minis over into the "older" post but am open to any suggestions as to what makes it easiest for people scanning to see what they can do.

That should definitely be the norm, they are meant to be "stuck" so that they will always be the first card in the gallery.
But that's strange, because when I look at it now it was definitely arlready stuck. And to have five pages, you must be only viewing 12 per page? So I wonder if it's something in the way you are viewing it - you didn't accidentally change any of the settings by any chance? It's actually bedtime over here now and I'm shutting the PC down, but if you still have the problem tomorrow, we'll try to get to the root of it.
This is what I see, and the index is image 1 of 61, and showing before uploads dated 2020.
As soon as my order arrives, I will have Four Season's Floral from the Beginner's Catalog. I can make an index card then. The arrival date is say Tuesday March 23.

Thanks, Lisa. It will be nice to have that group complete!
Here are the Four Season Floral index cards. I have one in black and white and another that is colored. Choose whatever works or if changes need to be made, let me know and I will do my best.

I think the coloured one is lovely and shows the images perfectly clearly, so I will use that one. I have a stinker of a headache so I'm just shutting down for the evening, but I will sort that one out tomorrow after work. Thank you .
Hi Brenda, I did see this, thank you. I should be able to update the lists tomorrow when I have the computer on; it's more than I like to attempt on my phone.

I'm the same way - I hate doing anything on my phone LOL.
No problem at all. I absolutely agree with you both, though, on the phone thing. I just feel so much more comfortable looking at or making plans on my desktop. The phone is so much smaller that I feel like I'm not getting all the information or that it is too easy to make a mistake on.

Oh, actually there's not much I won't do on it, but editing long lists across two different threads and updating a master list is definitely in there ;-). I was planning to do it while working at home today but the laptop crashed so I was reduced to working on a tablet . Too tired to make it upstairs to the PC till tomorrow when I am off work.

Fun to see the puffins, I was looking forward to that. Puffin is the "junior" imprint of Penguin books, and when we were kids we belonged to the Puffin Club.

I can't locate Snailed It in the online the SU! Gallery. If you still need it, I can assist.
Thanks for the offer. It was in fact done in March - Snailed It. The current mini and any special offers like SAB are always in a different location to the main alphabetical listings, which may be why you couldn't find it ;-).
Post #3 has been updated with the sets from the new catalogue being released tomorrow.
Post here when you get any new sets and want to provide the index .
A couple of the pre-order ones have already been done.
Thank you, Brenda. I don't remember Pressed Flowers. Pretty! I guess I never paid much attention to the host sets because I knew I could never get them.
