Ok, this is a pretty nit-picky question...
I want to become a SU demo, and of course, would like to do it soon! ;)
The thing is, I would like to take advantage of the 30% off on the first order over 150$ on items from the new catty (May 1). My understanding is that in the first 6 mos of being a demo, you can get free product IF YOU ORDER A CERTAIN AMOUNT EVERY MONTH. If I wait until May to do my first order, I think I will disqualify myself?
So, my overall question is... if I place an order of less than $150 as a demo, can I then get the 30% on my next order (150$ or greater)? I know it's nit-picky, but there it is. I'll be asking my potential upline, too, I just thought someone here might know...

thank you!
Yes, in your first 45 days you can place as MANY orders as you want as long as they are under $150 and they will not include the extra discount (or income if it's a workshop or customer order). It has to be at the $150 level or greater. BUT it must be within the first 45 days!
As far as the free stuff every month there are a few things going on. During SAB you can get a pack of DSP or a digi download each month (just have to pay shipping on the paper) and you don't have to order anything else to qualify. This ends at the end of March though. There is also a program called stampin' start where you can earn free stamps based on your sales the first few months. I don't remember what the details are but some one here might remember or your potential upline can look it up!

OHHHH! And just FYI you cannot order everything out of the new catalog until JUNE 1. In May there is only a very limited amount of new things you can buy. So, you may want to wait until June.....

Ha, thanks! I try but by no means do I know as much as a lot of the demos here! I suppose it would help if I actually tried to sell stuff and recruit instead of just feeding my own obsession....I mean hobby;-)
to the OP:
Since you're in Canada, you actually have 60 days from the date you sign up. So you can signup now ... and place your 30% order in May.
Also - because you're in Canada, it's 30% (instead of the usual 20%) on your first order over $200.
Most of the answers you will get here on SCS refer to the US ... and some of the numbers, etc. are different for those of us in Canada.
Whoever you sign up with (your potential upline) should be able to help you with this and any other questions.
Or just keep asking here, and we'll do our best to help you.
Oooh and one more thing, even if you submit a $150 US order as a demo-only order, you still get the same hostess benefits. So, if you stagger your orders well you can get lots of free stuff as a hostess!
