Thank you, I am having an issue with a demonstrator that I gave an order and paid for on july 2nd. My check cleared her bank on July 16th and I have nothing. When and if she answers my emails, she keeps saying your order will be here next week. This has been going on for several weeks.

Wow! Even if the demo waited until your check cleared to place the order (that would be expected), the order should have arrived by now. Does she live near you? If so, maybe you just drop by her house.
Wow, I'm sorry that happened to you. I hope it gets resolved for you grannypat. What did you order? It might have been on back order. Some of the items are popular and might have ran out but SU will ship them out once they get them. I can help you check.
The catalogs are probably the hold up. They were just released a couple of days ago....your demo probably hasn't received them yet. Is your demo not returning calls??
Yes, the catalogs are not here yet. They are just getting them out. As for the word window punch, I did not see them in this week's or last week's backorder report. They should be coming soon if your demo has ordered them. We are anxious for our catalogs too.

Most likely this is the hold up, but your demo should have contacted you to let you know since it has been a month since you placed the order. After all, it is her business and it makes her look bad, not to mention Stampin' Up.

Your demo probably shouldn't have taken an order for the new catalog back on July 2nd, but since she did she should have made it clear that you wouldn't receive your order until the middle of August. The catalogs are only just starting to arrive. I got mine yesterday in NC.
