I had read that STAMPIN UP shortened the January Sale-abration to two months so they would have a summer July/August promotion. Is that still happening?

Yes, The SAB is still happening. The dates were delayed to August 3rd - September 30th.

I watched a couple of YouTube videos today. The catalogues are only available to demos right now, but will be available to everyone else August 3rd. Sale-a bration is August and September.

I wasn't even aware it was happening! I placed an order this morning that I had been saving up for. What a nice surprise! And I hadn't gotten the new mini catalog yet. So when I got online I saw the penguin builder punch (I LOVE penguins) and was able to get 2 packages of the coordinating penguin packs for free due to SAB. I am so, so excited!
