How in the world do I get in touch with this company? I have left two messages on Gina's blog but have gotten no response. My password will not work and I sent the message forgot my p/w. I get a response that there is p/w info but nothing in the body of the message. Its automated so I can't send a reply. Please help. TIA
There is customer service. They monitor the info address when Gina is not available. Just sent a note and they will get back to you.

I just did a search on her store, Village Paper and Ink, and it has phone numbers. They are closed right now. Here is the toll free number: 1-844-358-1447
Hopefully between the e-mails and the store, you will get the help you are seeking.

I had the same problem yesterday and emailed the company at [email protected]. Someone got back to me within an hour, although I did email during business hours. I wouldn't expect a company to be monitoring blog comments in real time.

I think generally youd want to contact a company through their store customer service email address or phone number rather than on their blog, unless the blog directs you otherwise. Hope you heard back and everythings okay.
Hi, So sorry about that! I didn't see your comment on my blog. StampTV is an extension of Gina K. Designs however, to get your password, you must use the I forgot my password function on the site. We use Ning for that site and they won't let us access member's personal information. Your user name and password for our online store will be different than our StampTV.com site. We have a new site rolling out later this summer where everything will be under one login.

And what a lovely and engaging person. I met Gina K. in her booth at the Stamp & SB Expo in Virginia last week. She’s 1) extreeeeemely patient, demo-ing and answering the same questions probably 1,482 times each day, and 2) shorter than I thought she’d be. (She videotapes tall.)
