How in the world do I get in touch with this company? I have left two messages on Gina's blog but have gotten no response. My password will not work and I sent the message forgot my p/w. I get a response that there is p/w info but nothing in the body of the message. Its automated so I can't send a reply. Please help. TIA

FYI - Gina's mother passed away on Sunday and the funeral is Friday. She may not be around right now to handle things.

There is customer service. They monitor the info address when Gina is not available. Just sent a note and they will get back to you.

I had the same problem yesterday and emailed the company at [email protected]. Someone got back to me within an hour, although I did email during business hours. I wouldn't expect a company to be monitoring blog comments in real time.

I think generally you’d want to contact a company through their store customer service email address or phone number rather than on their blog, unless the blog directs you otherwise. Hope you heard back and everything’s okay.
