Depends on what kind of sentiments you want. I have a set that has all the standard "happy whatever day" kind of stuff, but I find that I rarely have the other kinds that are poems or paragraphs that seem to be heartfelt. I usually have to type those and have them print on the inside of the cardstock before I cut and fold it.

Ellibelle 12-12-2011 07:38 PM

Love the sentiments from Whimsy Stamps. Especially the Letter Seals sentiments.

minstrel 12-13-2011 06:44 AM

When I don't find just what I'm looking for, I just type it out and print on a piece of regular paper and adhere it to the inside (I trim it so it's 1/8" smaller all around than the card base). There are a lot of websites with sentiments, sayings and poems.

Kharmagirl 12-13-2011 07:35 AM

My Favorite Things has great sentiments...in fact, they have an entire line called "Clearly Sentimental". Hope that helps!

What im looking to do is make cards for my cancer nurse. She has the best attitude i have ever seen, she lifts me up and put in a great place during Chemo. i want to make her some cards because she sends her patients cards each week telling us how much she is praying for us and thinking of us.

winnieu 12-13-2011 10:56 AM

I use a lot of Papertrey ink sentiments, Hero Arts and fun ones from House Mouse and have lovely elegant ones from Anna Griffin.

winnieu 12-13-2011 10:58 AM

I have a stamp that says "You lift me up" by house mouse.

scrappingmelissa 12-13-2011 11:07 AM

Sadly, none of the "big box" craft stores ( Michael's, Hobby Lobby, A.C. Moore ) ever have really GREAT stamps. For me, they are just "okay". Very few images I really like and I've only ever bought one sentiment there. The online stores have much more interesting fonts, much better sizes etc...

Here is a link to the inspirational sentiments at Heartfelt Creations:
Heartfelt Creations | Stamps: Inspirational
they have other sentiment set as well.

If you're looking for some really funny word stamps, try Viva Las Vegas. My friends say that I am the queen of sayings and I love collecting them ~ Oh, yes, and using them, too! I also have Verve, Our Daily Bread and some of the others that have been mentioned.

The Papertrey Ink forum has a For Sale/Trade section where you could put a listing. You have to register as a member, but it's an easy process.
