Default Red Eye Rescue Marker

I'm looking for some honest feedback about the Red Eye Rescue Marker. Does it work? Does it wreck the picture around the eyes? Just some general opinions about this from those who have used it would be greatly appreciated! TIA

It's better than nothing. Photo editing software is your best bet.

I have one and it works fine. It will only take out red, though, it won't add the correct color. It is usually too small to notce, but blue eyes do not come out blue - just a sort of dark. At least the red is gone. Most film developing does this now though, so I haven't used mine in a while. HTH!

It does take the red out, but I have noticed that it turns the eyes a real turquoise color. (kinda like the fake contacts). I was not too impressed with it. I would rather have a professional do the job for me. Just my opinion!:p

I'm not impressed with it either. And, don't use it on pet's eyes! It turns them a neon green!

I have both of them, the one for dogs and humans. They work fine, especially if you have old photos that can't be repaired, you know like from before digital photography. I have used them and think that it saves me from throwing away otherwise perfect pictures.

You just need to have a very steady hand, which I do not! It is actually a green marker, that when combined with the red makes it brownish. It helps, but I agree red eye remover software for dig photos is better.
