Yeh, obviously, I'm not in it for the money if I didn't even know I'd get paid! :rolleyes:
True....but it is a nice bonus, ;) Mine was published with GKD and another company so incentives don't apply this time around. However, it is so neat that we actually made it in.

Congrats, Julie! And thanks for bringing this up in the forum. I was a bit surprised to learn about compensation after my first acceptance too, but I wasn't aware of all of the companies that gave extra incentives to use their products. Good stuff to know!
The folks at Technique Tuesday have been talking lots about this in the last few weeks and are now offering an endorsement policy for the general submitting public.
TT will give you a $30 gift certificate to use in the Technique Tuesday online store if you when you get a card published with their products in BHG Scrapbooks Etc., Creating Keepsakes, Paper Crafts, Scrapbook Trends, Handmade, Cards and Crafts 'n Things. Other pubs are considered on a case by case basis.
No stamps from other companies can be used on the projects, and TT must be prominently featured.
The complete policy (and how you can take advantage of it) will be posted in the next couple days on the Technique Tuesday web site.
I'll share a link with you all when it is.

I had actually heard that Verve did not offer any incentives. Anyone know for sure?
Most of my pubs are either Verve or PTI - - neither of which offer a publication incentive. Although someone earlier posted that Verve did. I'd be interested too in knowing if that's changed recently because I was unaware of that.
Compensation is based on a per project basis (layout, card, tag, altered) Compensation for sets will be determined by Paper Smooches.
* $20. store credit - Paper Smooches stamps are the main focus
* $5. store credit - Paper Smooches shaped card template only
* $5. store credit - Paper Smooches sentiment only
Congrats on getting published! Scrap & Stamp Arts magazine at http://www.scottpublications.com will pay you $10.00 for every tip you send in to their "Inklings" column. I've had several of my tips published and it's still a thrill to get that check in the mail.
