Default problems with thin black ez mount?

I asked about this over in the Tools/Products forum, but I wanted to ask here, too, because I have been in contact with the company and they have not heard of this issue since they took over Sunday International. I'm just curious if others have had problems. Here is my post from the other forum:

Makes me sick how much time and money I wasted. I've tried washing them and it does no good. They aren't dirty. They fall off the storage sheets and don't cling to acrylic blocks anymore. They have never been stored on acetate - only on the storage panels. :(
Thanks!
