Not even sure if this is the best place to post this.

I do not use a lot of stampin up. But when posting a card most categories are geared to stampin up products. Where do I best post? Or is my own gallery the only spot? Thanks.

Post in your own gallery, but use keywords to your advantage.

Here is a link to other companies you can connect your work with by putting their name in your keywords. Hundreds of techniques, challenges, etc. can be linked up with using keywords, as well.

Lynn's answer is spot on! Searches and most categorizing in the gallery are done with keywords. At the link in Lynn's post you'll see all the company keywords (you can see the keywords by hovering over any company name, or if you click a company name you'll see their keywords listed in the breadcrumb trail at the top of the gallery). You can use keywords for supplies and techniques as well. In general, the best keywords use text with no spaces or punctuation.

You also can “spotlight a technique”. If you choose that there are a lot of options, too. But if you don’t choose anything it still goes in your own gallery.
