Please help find the witch's shoes pattern

I saw a card somewhere that used one top note die cut out of black card stock for the pair of witch's shoes. It also used a patterned paper for the socks. It only showed the socks and shoes. It appeared to be punched at the top of the black with circle punches but didn't state the sizes of punches used. If anyone has seen this card, please inform me as to where I can get the details. I think it was in the colour challenge for this week - I loved it too and forgot to favourite it! Hope that helps.
