yes, Gina K Pure Luxury is fabulous. It is the only cardstock that I have found where Copics do not bleed through, so it is sturdy, smooth, and bleed free.

I like using Georgia Pacific 110 lb cardstock for my card bases (available at Walmart and Sam's Club super cheap).
I actually use it for colouring with Copics too. You can get a bit of bleeding at times but I have learned to compensate (e.g. not colouring too close to the edge of the image).
I've heard a lot of people rave about Neenah cardstock for colouring.
I second Gina K #120 weight luxury white. I love this cardstock for card bases and cutting with embossing with Nesties. I don't use Copics though- due to the horrible, cost of them.
I am a Gina K Pure Luxury white fan. Not only is is fabulous for card base but also for the nesties and embossing, it is the best. I too use Georgia Pacific, but when I got my first Gina K Pure Luxury, I was hooked.

I like Gina K 120lb and Papertrey Ink 110lb for white card bases and Georgia Pacific for layering. If I'm colouring with Copics I mostly use PTI as I find it blends better than the others. I think you have to try them and find out what works best for your style. Hope that helps you find what you are looking for!
I'll vote for the Neenah Classic Crest Cover either 110lb brilliant white if you like a heavier base or 80lb solar white if you have lots of layers and like it a little lighter...
Neenah for stamping and coloring with Copics is my favorite, but I can make due with GP or Prism. I have found you just learn to color differently with each type of paper, when it comes to blending, etc.
For those of you using Gina K's 120 lb paper, how are you getting it to fold without cracking? Every time I have tried to use it as a card base it cracks and looks terrible (and yes, I do score it before even attempting to fold it). I love the layering weight paper for coloring with copics and it is pretty much all I ever use, so I really wanted to love this as well (especially with the no bleed through factor), but just can't get it to look good enough to use as a card base.
Gina K cardstock gives the sharpest image when stamping also. It has been shown somewhere in the posting on this site awhile ago. I only use the heavy weight cardstock for stamping images, not for the card base. Sure will be glad when she gets the 80lb back in stock

Personally I have never had a problem with cracking folds on my cards and I only use #120 Pure Luxury White/Ivory for bases now. I read a comment on here about this problem before I made my first purchase of this paper- so I expected it to be difficult to fold nicely- but to my surprise I have not had 1 card base crack when folded.
I use a Scor-Pal and use the scoring tool usually about 4 times with steady pressure. I do nothing special except to run the tool several times up/down- then I fold it. I wish I could help ya .. Maybe someone else has also had this problem and can be better help.
I Love Gina K Paper- it may be expensive but it more then worth it.

Jodi,
The best way to get a clean fold is to score the card stock several times to create a nice deep score line and then fold away from the score line. (It's kind of opposite of what you would think. You would think once you "make the dent" with the scoring tool, that you would fold it so the dent is inside your card but it's the opposite.)
Give that a try with a scrap and see how it works for you. I may do a video on that.
Hugs,
Gina K.

Jodi, at the beginning of this video there is a quick demonstration that shows how Gina scores and folds Pure Luxury cardstock.

Gina ~ Thanks for the suggestion, but that is what I have been doing. The scored line looks nice, but once I actually fold the paper, it just kind of rips apart for lack of a better description. So instead of a nice smooth fold line, I get a fuzzy shredded look. I've tried using my fiskars scoring blade, a scoring tool and a stylus but just haven't had any luck. I'll just keep playing around and see if I can find a way to make it work.
Sometimes the cracking has happened to me when I don't have a true straight fold. I have cut the paper a little wonky and then when I line it up on the Scor Pal I can tell it's not square and my score line doesn't look at good as usual.

I use my paper trimmer and a bone folder to score my cardstock for folding in half. It works perfectly for me. I measure it and run my bone folder right dowen the cutting groove.
