I like Lawn Fawn paper packs. They came out with a beautiful plaid recently. I also like the Hello Sunshine and the speckles one. Actually, now that I think about it and look at them I like them all.

PinkFresh Studio just came out with Happy Blooms. I like that paper too. I have never used their paper so I don't know anything about it, except I think it's pretty. I am thinking about getting it. Heck, who am I kidding, I will get it because everyone needs more paper!!!!

Do you want to know about 12 x 12, or smaller like 8 x 8 and 6 x 6 or any of them?

I like Graphic 45s in the smaller sizes (8 x since the 12 x 12 are often too big for cards unless you cut out elements. Their florals are lovely.

I generally go with 6 x 6 in pads/packs. I only do 12 x 12 if I feel the pattern size is small enough for cards so I do those as individual sheets. Also I usually do not like all the patterns in a pack so they have to have at least 85% that I do like which is not often.

Having said that, packs I like:

Moda Scrap
Butterfly dream, let your soul bloom, sweet vintage rose

Paper Rose
Arabella's garden

A variety from the Paper Boutique

Unity
Holiday traditions is a pretty xmas pack. These are loose sheets not bound pads.

A lot from Wild Rose Studio for florals. Unfortunately several of them are discontinued like Annabelle's Garden and Annabelle's Meadow. These are loose sheets, not bound and you get less of them.

Simon does carry the Moda scrap and the Paper Rose but not the Unity.

It is looking like Wild Rose may have closed-not sure- but Frantic still has some of their paper pads

I really like PaperTemptress

https://www.papertemptress.com/

The paper recommended by them for Copics is really nice. The service, packaging and products have always been first class. They carry a very large selection at very reasonable prices.

Forgot to add that I am in no way affiliated with PaperTemptress except as a satisfied customer.

I don't buy a lot, but my favorite companies to look at are Craft Consortium and Stamperia.

I miss Basic Grey and K&Co. :(

Default Paper

Depending on your cards. For vintage, Stamperia, Lemon Craft, Graphic 45, Heartfelt Creations, Ciao Bella and for Lawn Fawn stamps, Lawn Fawn paper coordinates well with their stamps. Google -" Image of Stamperia card" or "Images of..." and you will get a lot of samples from people who posted their cards and the paper they used..

Oh my goodness! How would one have favorites! There is always more gorgeous paper coming out left and right. I have to limit my exposure, or I end up hoarding, and then it’s so beautiful I can hardly make myself use it. Invest carefully. Maybe buy paper that you don’t absolutely love, so it’s easier to let go of.

Another lover of Stamperia, but I've allowed myself to buy one pack only, and that was because it reminds me so much of the Outer Banks. It's 12" square; I may frame a couple of the pages because it goes perfectly with my bedroom.

Margot, thanks for the info about the smaller size of Graphic 45. I've never bought any of the 12", but received some as a gift, and there's no way I can use it on a card. Maybe if I could channel Melissa Phillips from PTI who is the queen of soft, shabby chic. I've managed one shabby chic card that I liked, and it was for my Mom.

I found some cardstock from Memory Box that I love! it's 110#, 6", 48 pages with 12 coordinating colors. I love 3D diecuts and the different shades you get in the stacks are perfect for those. And for the mini slimline cards. You can see it here Poppystamps Cardstock, but it's cheaper at Starlit Studio.

Linda-I saw those Mem Box paper pads but I did not know they are 100 lb. That is different and cool! Usually the pads seem to be like 65 lb.

Graphic 45 is like Stamperia (also beautiful) with the 8x8 pads. I am wondering if this because they are European companies and over there they like to make bigger cards than we do?

I have seen people do stuff with cutting out from 12 x 12 that I NEVER would have thought of. Maybe we need to re-think it and take a die to it and see if we like a place to cut it from....on my list of 4,049 things to try LOL
