I've been getting the same thing all day, since it 1st came up. It will download for 20 minutes and then will quit with the same message. It is BEYOND frustrating! I've wasted a whole day on this company!! and I'm not quite sure why I keep going back for the same trouble every time a catalog's released. The same problems never get fixed.
I thought it was just my computer, but apparently not. SU seriously needs "a Daven" because they have so many problems with their online services. Too bad we're not giving him up. ;-)
I hope the catty comes up soon.
Has ANYONE been able to download the new SU catalog? I am so frustrated, still can't get it to work five hours later. If so, any tips? I was looking forward to sitting down with it tonight next to my humidifier. UGH!
Do you have a demo that has a Stampin' Up! Website? If so, go there and look. You can click on the different categories. Plus under "specials" they have "new products". I think that's a lot easier than looking at the pdf file.

I got my catalog in hand today. My SU demonstrator called today with the good news that the UPS man had just delivered them. Yay!!! Y'all will be happy with what you find in the new catty.

I started to download earlier and it was so discouraging that I canceled it; so before I left for a meeting at my daughter's school this evening, I kicked off the process again and it was here when I came home. Must be that ol' "watched pot" sort of thing ! Actually it's pretty amazing that one of the cats didn't lay down on the laptop and shut the thing off LOL!!
OH my goodness, that is so sweet of you to take your time to upload for those of us who can't get it!!! I am home sick and was really looking forward to relaxing with the new catty, now I can! I didn't want to shop on line because I wanted to see it in catalog form first. I know, I am a sicko! Thanks so much.
no kidding! Good (amazingly great) demo is right - thank you so much for posting the catty in 3 parts - I couldn't ever get the SU website to download it, even today! So excited to finally see it!

I didn't find anything.....makes me kind of sad. I use to get the catalog and have tons of corners folded over not a one this time. Which would make my husband happy. That just means some of my favorite girls and one favorite guy are going to be coming to my house.....Hannah, Bella, Gina K and all her girls and of course Riley....Have fun shoping ladies.
