Default Need ideas for using Brilliance Ink Pads

I need some help. I bought some brilliance ink pads two years ago and used them for polished stone backgrounds and some shrink plastic jewelry projects, but lately they are sitting around collecting dust. I sure could use some inspiration.

Please post a link to any cards you made using Brilliance inks.

Thanks!

Deloris

I use my brilliance ink pads with the acrylic/clear stamps. I think they work well. I'm sorry, I've never posted a card, so I don't have a gallery. Eileen

I don't have any links to cards I've done, but I use them all the time! I love the shimmer they add to cards!

Use them like you would regular inks too! They are great for everyday stamping also!

It stamps really nicely on vellum. Look here at the punched flower card - very pretty:

It also works as a 'resist' ink - do a search for 'Brilliance resist' and I'm sure you'll find ideas and samples. I use mine a lot - love the shimmer effect and the colors it comes in. I have lots of samples in my gallery using Brilliance, but the pics/photos seldom show the true shimmering results, either using the scanner or camera, sorry.

I find I tend to use the Brilliance inks for larger stamps and for backgrounds.

I'll see if I still have a card that I did that way.. and will opload it.

I *love* them! I use them much like normal inks, have never used them for any special technique.

Here are a few of my cards using Brilliance
