need help identifying stamp set

this set was donated to our thrift store. it looks like stampin up rubber, but not sure. one stamp has "love blooms" written on it. the set has seven sayings:
1. "hope you'll be out and about soon;"
2. " everywhere you go love blooms;"
3. "sending you love and hugs;"
4. " you are a friend for all seasons;"
5. " miracles happen every day;"
6. " two hearts one love;" and
7. "may all your birthday wishes come true."

In addition, the set has a set of four stamps illustrating "progressiion" or stages. These sets of four are:
1. hearts;
2. bears;
3. rose;
4. birdhouse;
5. birthday cake;
6. tree; and
7. sunrise

It's not SU "Love Blooms". Is the rubber mounted on wood? Is there a year on the wood?

the rubber is unmounted. no, it is not "love blooms" by stampin up. could be another stamp manufacturer. I suppose I should try to figure out how to post images of the stamps (probably would be more helpful). Thanks for responding. Nanette
