Just found this thread - one going out in the morning from Western PA. My MIL is in a nursing home with Alzheimer's also - we introduce ourselves again with each visit. Great idea.

thank you, thank you all. I just got a message from my friend, she was so excited about the number of cards Steve received, and from all over the world!
She couldn't believe one card came from Australia - she and Steve went to Australia so that one really hit home for her.
She cannot believe the beauty you all created for her husband <3
