If I am sending a small pkg of 12x12, I take apart a cardboard box and make my own 12x12 packaging. I want something stiff so the paper doesn't get bent. If I am sending a lot of 12x12, I wrap the paper in saran wrap, take a flat rate priority box, smoosh it in the middle just a little bit and it creates just that little bit of room you need.
Just go by your local pizza place and ask for a box. My place has a large box that fits 12x12 perfectly. They may charge a $1.00 or so but it is well worth it. The great thing about a pizza box is that it is strong enough to stand up to the postal system and not so big that it will cost you a lot to mail.
A small box works great for sending lots of cards for swaps or 6x6 pages!!
I hope this helps and makes things easier to ship.
Office Depot sells a 100 pack of manila envelopes that are 12 in x 15 1/2 inches for 19.99.
So try your local office suply store and see if they have the large manila envelopes!
I use my CTMH or pizza boxes. Fits perfect. My sister and I ship and share back and forth with these.
Good luck!

Priority Boxes that are taped flat also work great! Esp box size 1095--if you tape up the ends very well OR you can unfold it and use it in the box...12 x 12 papers fit in it perfectly.
