I am with you sister! If there is a stampset out there that says that--it is for me also! I hate central NY! The only reason we stay is because of our families!
Oh boy, I'm the opposite!! We've never had snow and would love to have a white Christmas, just once! Our winter is spent in shorts! We'll have one chilly morning but by mid-day we are hot again.

So I lived in Va and the cold snow and miserable rain. Go to the bone cold.
I moved to NC on the coast and loving it. Let the grandkids come see youall.

I love SNOW! I was born in January during a blizzard and it must have shaped my personality! I don't like hot weather, hate hot & humid weather, and can't imagine living somewhere that I couldn't cuddle up with a quilt and a cup of hot chocolate and watch the snow swirl past my windows. We all head outside at the first sign of a snowflake! My son invited his friends over to play football in the snow. I love to ride my horse through the fields with a light snow falling. My dogs even love it, they roll in it, bury their faces in it and come up looking like Sasquatch! And you should see the horses play in fresh snow, snorting in it and pawing at it. The sheep are oblivious, with their wool coats they don't notice a thing! They do suffer in the heat, of course. Maybe that's why I love my sheep too!

LOL!! We live in FL and never see snow. My In-laws live in PA and we always seem to miss the snow when we visit, with the exception of some leftover snow one year. I would love to have some snow just once in a while! I would not want to live in it though! I love that stampendous set!

OK, another snow hater from Wisconsin....and I want the snow hater stamps too--so who knows where we can get them? There has to be a stamp somewhere that says "I love snow" and another one that says "NOT!" Maybe we should google it and report back!
I saw this one on the Stampendous site and howled. I so want this one!Attachment 112002
That's really close to the mark! I will check them out.
I didn't know I was going to hit such a nerve with my fellow stampers. The only nice thing about snow is if you can sit inside wrapped in a snuggy blanky with your hot chocolate. However, I have to get out in it at 6:45 AM, scrape off my car in the dark because I don't have a garage and drive through the mess to work every day! Bah, humbug! :-D
Aw, I guess it isn't as bad and hot, humid and buggy! There seems to be a really whiny complainer sitting here typing on my computer. Maybe I should put this grumpy person to bed!

That is great!
We don't get a ton of snow in Western Washington, but we usually get some. For me, it all depends when we get it. December - love it, especially if it happens on a weekend or during Christmas break and we don't have to go anywhere. By mid-January I'm tired of winter and don't want to see any snow at all. Our school district gets out very late in the year (3rd week of June) and snow days are usually made up at the end of the year so snow in the winter can mean a very short summer. Our school district has a lot of steep hills so they're also pretty quick to close school.

I'm not a snow fan either!!! While some snow falls are absolutely beautiful that's where it ends for me ~ take a picture and let it melt!! Having a white Christmas is nice, but it can go away the day after as far as I'm concerned. I do not like driving in it, getting all rugged up, freezing in it, and shoveling it. On the other hand, I'm not a fan of high heat and mugginess either, ~ humidity and I are not friends!!! Give me year round days with blue skies, temps in the 70's with a slight breeze and I'm in my element. So if you find that stamp set, or create it ~ sign me up, I want one!

They had this at my LSS and I HAD to pick it up. I love the first snowfall -- after that it's horrid. Hate driving in it, hate having to pack the kids in multiple layers, hate slipping on the ice. You get the idea......

OMG don't get me started! We lived in cold snowy NH until 1995 when we decided we couldn't take it anymore! We've been in NC for 13 years and love it. We get just enough of a "winter" to remember why we left. I love spring and fall. Summer's a little tough to take but at least I don't feel like my life might end.
There's gotta be some funny stamps somewhere. Just an aside - on the highway signs entering NH it says "Welcome to New Hampshire!" We always wanted to add "Now go home."

Spent my first 43 years in Nebraska & Colorado, then moved to SE Georgia. Haven't worn a coat in 19 years. Yes, I do miss that first pretty snowfall, after that not at all. Instead of buying stamps, what about buying some large labels. Put the first part of the sentiment "Let It Snow" on one label with a cool font & put the second part of the sentiment "NOT" on another label with a cool font. If you use clear labels, they look neat. One on the front of the card & one inside. That way you could make labels for everyone on your list, send them the cards & don't have to worry about storing stamps. Don't misunderstand, I LOVE my stamps, but some I wouldn't use that often & this way works for me. Just an idea.

I live in Minnesota and can't imagine not having four seasons. I love the look of fresh snow. The only thing I don't like about snow is driving in it but fortunately the DMV is very good about removing it quickly! What I really hate about winter is the cold but I live with it because I can't imagine living without it!

You made me lol
I'll take my VERY humid, hot (95 over the weekend) VA over snow anyday;)
I would love an anti-snow set, with snowmen in bathings suits laying on the beach!
I'm with you, Jimmi, I hate winter, getting around in snow, especially here, in VA, where we don't get that much so the state doesn't do the immediate clean up necessary to keep things safe. I'll take my snow on a Christmas card or in a photo but don't make me actually deal with it!! Things like boots, shovels, etc. don't fit in my very tight budget either, since they might not be used for years at a time!! So when it does snow, I am so not prepared...some years I don't even need my winter coat, and that makes me happy.

ok all you stamp companies out there are you listening? I think we all need a snow set that is anti snow! lol
I only like the snow when we are playing in it. And that's once or twice a year when we take a ski trip. Snow belongs on mountains and ski trails, stay off my car and drive way!
now watch, this year we'll have a blizzard!

I think your idea is brilliant, Jimmi! If there's not a stamp like this, there should be. I'll bet a scene like this could be created with the right stamps and a little imagination.
You ladies are funny! I'm SO with you!! I'll have my nice white snowy fantasy in Aspen snuggling with George Clooney (okay, can you tell I totally thought this one out??:rolleyes in the meantime there's no such thing in NYC, it's either a slushy, gross mess, which adds to the already horrible traffic, OR, it's lumped up on the sidewalk into massive ice moutains onto which you have to climb over praying you don't step into buried dog poop or that you don't fall flat on top of the yellow snow - and that's just to cross the street!!
oy.. time to draw up some anti-snow stuff! maybe we can make our own stamp set! lol..
