Default Layering Color Combo Guide with Catherine Pooler Inks

I love Catherine Pooler inks and I know that many of you do too! I had a friend request some help with what colors layer well with the CP inks. She was wanting to add some ink colors to her collection. I started stamping some examples for her (and me) so that she could visually see what she liked and didn't like. Those few samples morphed into many color combinations and once I got started I just couldn't stop! So when I was done and realized that I had this huge project done I wanted to share the color combinations with others as well! I am also working on a PDF in a slightly different format that I think I'll like better but that is coming soon.

There are a few disclaimers on my blog such as yes, I did stamp a few combinations twice, LOL! And, depending on if and when I reinked a few of my pads the samples I stamped may be lighter or darker. If you are interested in taking a look you can visit my blog at: http://bit.ly/layeringcolorguide.

Let me know if you have any questions or comments!

I really appreciate you doing this and then sharing it. It must have been a lot of work but I know I will refer back to your project many times.

Thank you again!

Wow! This is impressive and Very helpful. I just bought my first bunch of inks and all of them are darker than they appear online. But I can use your chart for combining inks in 2 or 3 step stamping. Thanks So Much!

Very helpful. I have thought about buying some of these but wasn’t sure about color blends. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, indeed! I've been looking around at ink lines to have. I may need to look into the CP line - I surely appreciate your work on this. Thanks!
