Default Kudos to Concord & 9th
I had a faulty die and contacted them.They immediately sent out a new one in a beautiful blank watercolor card.

This is my 2nd order from them and they are super fast.

If you want to know more about them you can watch their crafty chat interview on Online Card Classes. You can then imagine them packing your order in their
"warehouse".
