The flower my sister would like for her wedding is Irises.
I thought I might help her with some ideas for the decor and invites.
I was really hoping to find an Iris Embossing Folder, I googled and get a lot of iris folding.
I do have stamps, ink, cricut, big shot, MDS, svg files would work too.
Does anyone know of any Iris Embosssing Folders?
or even anything else that might be nice for a wedding and fit in this category
the only stamp set that comes to mind is SU! Botanical Gardens
I am Looking for Ideas for her since she has no computer.
Dreamweaver has a brass stencil in the range - you may be able to use that to emboss in a die cut machine (I don't have any Dreamweaver stencils to try but you can do it with most) or you could use embossing paste with it if you're not producing too many items. There's a picture of it here - this happens to be the Frantic Stamper web site but lots of places carry Dreamweaver.
The retired SU set Long Stemmed has a pretty iris image if you end up going down the stamp route. I've attached a card I made years ago so you can see what it's like in use - it may be too small to make enough impact on wedding stationery but, on the other hand, it's a reasonable size if you need to colour things!
Wonderful Card!
these link are great gals, I think I should be able to use some of these, stamps or Brass template.
Curious what everyone's opinion is of the Flower Garden image, I have it and always assumed it was poppies, but after looking at some of the other stamps you could maybe imagine it to be irises although not as distinct in my mind.
What type of Flowers do you think the image in post #4 is?

Penny Black Brushstroke single iris is a beautiful stamp. If you color it with markers and then mist and stamp on watercolor paper it's very elegant and quick to do it you have to make several.
