Default I need simple card ideas for MOPS craft

I am not a SU Demo so I'm not trying to teach a new technique or sell anything.

We need to make TY cards for the childcare workers. There are about 30 ladies in our group. I need you to post links to cards that can be completed quickly by people who aren't necessarily into card-making/paper crafts.

Please take into consideration how much prep work I'll have to do for this group of ladies, how many ladies will be sharing a limited set of supplies, and cost. These cards can't have a lot of embelishments that cost money. I have ribbon and eyelets that I'm willing to share.

I'm thinking 4 different card designs would be good so that I can divide the ladies up for easier sharing of stamps/ink pads.

I only have Stampin' Up! stamps except for a super-cute SuperBella stamp.
SU! that I have: So Many Scallops (and punch), Around the Block, Much Appreciated, all of the tag punch stamp sets, So Very, Lots of Thoughts, Full of Life, One of a Kind (and punch), Classic Backgrounds, Fabulous Flowers, Paint Prints, Garden Whimsy, Priceless

Thank you for your help and suggestions.

Hay Leah! I don't have any suggestions for particular cards.. I'm hoping the sweet SCSers will have some brilliant ones for you. Check through the gallery here as well as GinaK's blog for some great ideas. To get to her blog, go to www.ginakdesigns.com and theres a link for her blog.
I would look through Wal-Mart's and Hallmark's cards too. HTH a little..
May God bless, Sandi

Okay - so here's a few that I've found.
Superbella: Superbella Paisley by sukisan at Splitcoaststampers
the background will have to be simplified for my group, but it's perfect!
One of a Kind: One of a Kind Thanks by whitson616 at Splitcoaststampers
I won't be able to use the rub-ons so I'll use a swirl set that I happen to own instead. I love the drama and so simple.
So Very: So Very Blessed and Loved by Carol Scheevel at Splitcoaststampers
I don't have the cool Mod paper, but I'll find something similar. I bet I'll only need one sheet for 8 cards.
Several Scallops options: scallops and circles by parisotremba at Splitcoaststampers - I don't have any of this color/type of paper, but I can change the colors.
Mini thanks by studfarm at Splitcoaststampers so perfect. I'll have to use something else for the bling in the middle though.
Some of the Cards I did for my Open House by nuhddad at Splitcoaststampers Probably the one I'll have them CASE for the one who are afraid of crafts - so simple and elegant.

Default MOPS Project

Hi there -
I belong to MOPS also. I am on our Creative Activities Team and we just did a card day for our moms. I think the best thing to do is get some Ed Emberley fingerprint books from the library and let the ladies make fingerprint cards. We took an asst pack of bright colored cardstock and used them for the basic card. Then cut down white cardstock into 4x5 1/4. we let the moms color their thumbs/fingers with fat washable markers and made fingerprint pictures on the white paper, then mounted onto the colored card. they turned out great! Good Luck!

How about a Thank You gift for the ladies? Tiles might be the perfect thing. Theys ell for about 32 cents each at Lowe's. They are slightly coated so you can wipe them clean if they make a mistake. I use StazOn on mine. I let them dry and spray them with a sealer like Krylon acrylic spray. They can be used as a coaster or as a decorative thing. I can't make a link, but you could search the tile area for ideas. This way you don't have to cut lots of paper.
