I'm still buying from the mini and trying not to get anything from the new catty (and believe me this has been extremely difficult after seeing all the new artwork lately!!) until I have all I want from the mini. I should be finished by the end of the month and will be trying to order from the new catty...unless....wait....the next mini is as AWESOME as the summer one! Then....I'm flat out in trouble!

but I am so busy this month and going on vacation at the end of it, so I may just have to wait until August to see what the financial damage of our vacation is! I wouldn't have time to play with them before that anyways.

I am soo pumped about this catalog!!
There are so many "Crossover" items--things that would work well for scrapping and card making!!
I am most excited about the chipboard and Well-Worn Alpha. So glad I ordered them--now I see them EVERYWHERE! I say well worn on about three comercials last night!!
Well my demonstrator has been out of town and I don't get my catty until Saturday. I have looked at it online, but it isn't the same. I guess the good news is - I still have my money - UNTIL SATURDAY. I can't wait!!!

I'm under fifty even with the catalog which I don't have yet. I will be asking for Stampin Up for Christmas though and that will be a larger order but hey, I don't pay for it so it doesn't count.
Thank you SOO much everyone who welcomed me! I am just getting back to this thread and saw the responses that were directed towards me.
To answer your question, I have a tiny thread in the announcement section about being a new demo and I have applied to the demo only forum here, so hopefully I will get approved soon and I will announce over there, too (if people do that, that is). ;)
I have been stamping for 4 years now, but only "fanatically" for the last year or so. I decided to take the plunge and I am so happy!
Nothing so far! I had an order made up that I was putting in at the end of this month but that's not going to happen for a little while.
My oldest kitty (16-18 yrs old) is sick and we had to take him to the emergancy room. Tomorrow morning I pick him up and transfer him to my regular vet's office. But good news is as of an hour ago the nurse said he seems to be doing better now. Just keeping my fingers crossed that he'll make it.

OK, I finally got my catty and my first order was only a woppin' $28 bucks!! I'm still looking through it and have a huge wish list and now I just have to figure out which kid to sell...... LOL
I just looked through the new catty last night and have put little post-it page markers on the pages that there are sets that I want. It's loaded!! LOL I want to go back now and look through at all of the samples etc. Didn't really do that the first time that I looked. I haven't ordered anything yet, but will do so when my demo gets back from vacation. I also have a little "coupon" from her to use on my next order too! Yay!!
:big grin:s Joanne
i spent alittle over $150. My DH doesn't think I need to order but once a quarter, but I told him that it's a NEED in my life to get something every month!!
He does tell people that he works two extra jobs so that I can have money and time to stamp! I only take the money from one of the extra jobs, the other one goes to his student loans! So it's not all stamps!
