Stampin' Around? Do you mean the wheels. I use them a lot.

Or do you mean the Wheel guide? I use it....sometimes, when I need perfect coverage or straight wheeling.

I love my wheel! I use the original one mostly for wrapping paper and gift bags. I just got the Jumbo size and can't wait to see what kind of wheels will be offered in the new catty You should definitely get one . . .

Default how many really use their stampin around?

I use my wheels alot, can't wait to see all the new ones coming out in July.
I have a few cards in my gallery that I did with the wheels for stamp classes at the elementary school where I work. the First and Fifth graders made Mother's Day cards. It was so much fun teaching them how to use the wheels and watching the teachers check out all the cards. I'm changing the world one child at a time...soon they'll all be stamping!

I use them a lot as well. They are a really easy fix to wrapping paper too!

I use wheels quite a bit. I use them mostly for backgrounds though. I like to use them in my scrapbooks as well.

I didn't like the wheels at all to begin with. For a year and a half I shunned them. I couldn't get them to stamp line up straight. Then a friend gave me the stampin' around wheel guide and I was hooked. I now own about 10 wheels.

Take care, Brenda

I have about 10 wheels and I almost never use them. I don't know why, I guess I just find it easier to use a stamp to make a background. I can never seem to get even color.

I'll have to say I hardly ever use the ones I have so I stopped accumulating them! I, also, think it is easier to use a BG stamp. It's just me!

I have about a dozen & almost never use them. Can't seem to get even color coverage or the coverage I want. Use all the various background stamps & other types of 'filler' stamps all the time... Guess I'm just a random bgrnd type of gal!

I have several and have never used them. One day I might learn to like them, but for now they are packed in a box.

I *love* my wheels! I just based an entire stamp camp around the wheels, big and small. It went over great!

If you type wheel in the gallery search engine, you'll come up with some projects ideas.

Mo

Red face

I have many, many wheels and very seldom use them. I'm thinking I need to challenge myself and use some of them on some cards soon. I even bought the wheel guide because I'm not very good at lining it up, but haven't even gotten that out yet. :(

I always have to get the wheel to match whatever set I buy--but I don't use them that much--just don't think of them when I'm stamping. I am trotting right over to the swaps forum to host a swap--that's the best way for me to actually use my stuff.

I do use them as much as my other stamps. Often, the wheels are used to make backgrounds, which I why I think the pictures don't appear in the wheel gallery itself but rather in the gallery with the matching stamp set. If you do a search in the gallery using the Search feature and entering the wheel name, I'm sure you'd get more hits than in the wheel gallery itself.
HTH!

I LOVE the wheels. A few week's ago we did a challenge to use more wheels in the Ways to Use it challenge WT06. You can do a keywords search with WT06 in the gallery section to see what we can up with. Anyone still wanting to post ideas to the thread is still more than welcome.

There are also some wheel tips and ideas posted there.
