Also, I have used 12" paper to make 3 (three) 4" X 6" bases, or you could get 6 card fronts that size. (This is assuming you interested in a non-standard card size.) Just cut 4" widths the entire length of the paper, score at 6", and you have 3 bases.
Or to be able to use A2 envelopes, you could get 3 (three) 4" X 5 1/2" cards out of a 12" square piece of cardstock. To do this, cut 1" from one side of the paper. Then cut 4" widths along the 11" length, score at 5 1/2", and you have 3 bases.
