It sounds like it might be bare with no cushion? If so, you could try double sided tape to attach it to your acrylic block. Some people use Alene's Tack it Over and Over, but you might not have any of that. You can also purchase the EZ mount (or similar brand) and put the rubber on the cushion.
I would try the double stick tape on the back and stick it to your block.
It helps me with unmounted (uncushioned) rubber stamps if I stamp on something with a little "give", not just my bare table top. I have used a sheet of fun foam with good success, but even a magazine underneath your cardstock helps get a better image.

I also use double stick tape on the blocks. The tape is good for quite a few uses. I bought some extra blocks for my unmounteds so that I can leave the tape on and use over and over. I use a mouse pad to stamp on. I got one of the foam type at Staples for $3.

I liked the 3MM d-s tape the best on my acrlic block.I have a padded card table I did use a magazine it under. I put Aileen's Tack it over On some of them. I didn't like it. I had to wait for it to set up for a day. Then I had to find a place to store it where I could place the sticky side on. Plus it if U get this stuff on Ur hands it's really hard to get off.:mad: A caution only use a little bit!! It comes out fast: For unmounted stamps I won't use that oftern .3 M tape was the easiest, less messiest. I can't afford the cling mount since I got a big set of unmounted stamps as gift.
I stamped over 30 images w/ the tape on the block. Because I cleaned up the stamp often, I did replace the tape after that. I will go this way,not messy,tape comes on the block so I have a clean block after use. Aileens doesn't come off so easily if it gets on it.:rolleyes:
I can store the red rubber unmounted in my clear stamp accordian file folder; takes up less space.:mrgreen: I can see where the stamp goes. It's easier on my hands to stamp. some of the bigger wooden stamps I can no longer use.:( It put too much pressure on my hands to get a good stamped image even standing up. They are much cheaper w/o the wooden block.

I use a pritt stick, comes off the stamp and the block really easilly and as the others have said you need a bit of cushioning under your paper like a magazine. hth x
I use Alene's Tack It Over and Over.....it works great! I use a foam brush and add some to the back of the red rubber and spread a thin coat on. Let it dry thoroughly and then I just press my hand on the back of the stamp a couple of times so it's not too sticky! You can use it over and over again on acrylic blocks. I store my red rubber stamps in cd cases. Hope this helps a lil' bit

I have a stick of repositionable glue from 3M that works like a dream and cleans off too with a baby wipe. Just cover the back of the stamp and put it straight on the mount. Wipe down after you are finished.
I use something similar to a pritt stick...sticks long enough for me to do what I need to do and pulls right off and you can wipe it away with a wet wipe.:-D
I use repositionable double-sided tape to stick the stamp to the acrylic block and then when stamping, I put my cardstock onto a mouse pad. This is only an emergency thing for me, though. I use E-Z mount for all my red rubber stamps.
You can buy sheets of cling foam to attach to the back of the stamp, then it would work with your acrylic block. I've used Aleenes tack over and it works fine but I don't like storing these as well as my cling foam mount. If they are attached to the backing too long they leave sticky adhesive when I take them off.
Hi i use tack'n'peel its a fairly new product,its so easy to use you stick it to a acrylic block then you just put any unmounted stamp on to it,when finished you just cover the block with the film provided or a sheet of acetate and there you have it! xx jo xx
