Default Help needed with Altenew Garden hydrangea

Hi
I bought this set thinking it would be an easy way to make cards. I cannot line up this stamp even after watching the videos Altenew has. I left Altenew a message weeks ago inquiring why they don’t print the outline on the 3 other layering stamps as this would insure accurate alignment. No response.
I left a review with my experience which never appeared on their website prompting me to ask if they only publish positive reviews! (The positive review I left for a different stamp set appeared the same day I left the review.)
This has soured me on this company. Any suggestions on how I can make this stamp set work? I hate wasting money.

Can you see clearly where the petals are? It might pay to ink up and stamp off and clean it. Usually causes minor staining of the stamp. Then it would be more obvious where to place it inside the outline.

I looked at it bc sometimes their things are not meant to be exactly aligned but this is...what I saw and think is a good idea is to find a couple of "landmarks" the stamps have in common. Like the outline and the solid color in (#2) stamps along the perimeter. Maybe make a mark with a sharpie pen on the back of the stamp but I would start with a pencil to be sure it works.

For the next two, find new ones in the inside of the bloom.
Another choice might be to use the pen to go around more of the perimeter of the color in stamp (#2) on the back if more guidance is desired.

It is a pretty stamp. I hope you get it worked out!

Thanks. I may have to try stamping the outline on the other stamps to get the insides lined up. I just figured if I couldn’t do it on paper I wouldn’t be successful on the stamp.

I don't have this layered stamp but have had similar problems with layered stamps by other companies. Kat Scrappiness has a layered cat stamp that is driving me crazy. There are no instructions on the packaging to explain what order each layer needs to be stamped in, and it's really important that it be in correct order or the cat features are obliterated by the other layers. This is the only layered animal stamp that I've tried, and maybe that's part of the issue..not forgiving at all.
I use a Misti, so that's not the problem, but these layered stamps are way more difficult than I expected as well. Good luck...practice, practice, practice.
