Default HELP!! Animal Alphabet Dilema??!!??!?!?

Animal Alphabet??? What have you been able to do with it? I am still deciding if I should order it. As a mother of a one year old boy I am thinking that it is a must have since there really aren't that many sets for little boys and the scrapbook pages that I love to make. Opinions/inspiration please!

I bought it and haven't used it. But... I plan to use it A LOT as soon as I get moving on my scrapbook pages. I am making books for my niece, nephew and my cousins two kids.

Default animal alphabet

I LOVE it! It makes really cute birthday cards or any kind of cheery kid card. And I've seen it for titles on scrapbook pages. But even better, my 4-year-old daughter and niece play with it with the kid markers and keep busy while I stamp. They already know the alphabet, but it's a great way to teach little ones letters and different kinds of animals.

I don't have this set but I love scrapping and I love scrapping for little boys 2,4,6& 7. I use the toy box set all the time. I also like stars & swirls for my pages

I just got it and am in the process of cutting it out. I do think that the picture in the mini does not do it justice. It is a wonderful set. I have family that loves animals so I will use it a lot. I am not a big scrapbooker yet, plan to start on that next, but bought it for that reason.

I've seen some adorable cards where they punched out circles or squares and did the letters for the child's name -- great use of the layering punches as well! Did you look here in the gallery for samples? I'm surprised I haven't seen more samples, I think they're really cute. Hope it makes it into the next catalog.

I got this set in my starter kit as a substitution, I thought it was just too cute and I was thinking of all the personalized birthday cards I could make for friend's kids and other small kids in my family. I haven't used it yet, but maybe once I get it cut out then I will get to it =) Also I bought it for my new downline as a Thank-you gift for signing up under me. I would recommend it!

I'll be the voice of dissent, I think this one is creepy. I like so many other kid and boy oriented sets that this one is not even on my someday list. Maybe I just haven't seen the right samples??

Wow! I knew I had to have it. Thanks for all the feedback. I had thought about using it as a way to teach the alphabet and to make an alphabet book. I am also glad to hear that girls are diggin' it too! I am in total agreement that the mini catalog doesn't do it justice. I would love to see more samples in the gallery. Only 19... and I have been scopin' it out since the mini came out. Add it to my order!

Yes! That's what I was going to say.

They had a set similar to this one years ago that I have been searching for forever (seems like), so when this one came out I can't tell you how excited I was and purchased it immediately! Although, I have yet to mount it, LOL, I have so many plans for it!

Thank you SU!

I haven't bought it yet but hope to soon. As a teacher, I plan to use it this fall for desk name tags, "write the room" - words on everything, etc... I also think it would be great to label things in your house - kids rooms, stamping room. Name plates for doors, keep out signs , etc... Of course, I will be using it in my scrapbooks and cards.

I have 3 grandsons, it will come in REALLY handy for cards and pages for them! And it's a "teaching" tool also.
