Default Has Anyone Used................

Oriental Trading Co. for supplies?? I keep getting their catty and I'm tempted to order a few things-seems like a good deal on some items. They have a ton of embellishments. If you have used them, what was your experience and do you like the quality?? Thanks!!

I've just ordered from them once or twice but was completely pleased with the quality and they did quick shipping. I would recommend them.

I would also recommend them. I just purchased last week some of the lunch tins and they came in about 5 days no problems.

I just placed my order with them about 10 minutes ago. The products seemed very reasonable. Reading everyone's comments makes me glad I placed the order!

I get their catalog and have wanted to order things but never have due to the outrageous shipping costs (like $17 for a VERY small order!). How do you get around that?

I have ordered from Oriental Trading a lot. The only embellishments I've ordered are the mini paperclips. They seem to be the same quality as I have purchased at my local scrapbooking store. I've considered ordering ribbon from there, but I'm concerned about matching colors.

You get around the shipping issue by having friends and sisters who will put your order up to $60--then the shipping is free! I subscribe to their email newsletter and always have a code for free shipping on more than $60. If you need one, I can look it up.

I ordered some metal rimmed tags from them and they are awful. Waste of money!

I've ordered LOTS of stuff from them over the years, both for stamping and stuff like birthday parties. We recently did canvas book bags at a stamp camp, and I also ordered the travel mugs with inserts, a cigar box "purse," some word charms and a lunch box tin. I was happy with everything, but i have to say that the word charms weren't very good quality (major burrs on the side and you could clearly see the line from the mold) - but then again they were super cheap so I guess I can't expect more. As far as paper products, I've ordered printed paper without a problem, but have never tried their cardstock. They're a great place to order little goodies for stocking stuffers, too.

If you go through ebates.com, you can get 5% back on your order, which makes for a bit of a discount!
