GREAT online store - Frantic Stamper
I've ordered from Fran several times and have always gotten great service and products.
I LOVE the grab boxes they offer...they are really stuffed full - I just received my prima and basic grey grab boxes and man, it felt like Christmas, my birthday and all the holidays rolled into one. I got tons of stuff that I can use for myself or give as gifts. If you have seen her grab boxes, but hesitated on getting them, don't...they are totally worth it, even at the regular price. This is my favorite place to order grab boxes/bags.
I've also ordered other items and the experience has always been good - great communication and fast shipping.
So, a great big thanks to Fran for a great experience

The other fun thing...each time I have called she answered the phone! I love small businesses! (Although hers is growing so much...they moved to a larger warehouse last year)

Your welcome
If you have a chance and you like grab bags, you should get one of her grab boxes when she has them (she posts them every so often). I ordered one on a whim and I was hooked. I ended up getting another one before that offer ended (and getting at least one box every other time she's offered the boxes since then...lol).

For me trying to minimise postage costs, Fran has been almost a one-stop shop for me for several years - another big thumbs up from me. She even rang once when there was a problem with something. Alas, I've never tried the grab boxes - they look wonderful but international shipping is high on them.

I've looked at the punch grab bag/boxes one time but wondered if I'd get "crappy" punches that don't sell and not the popular punches everyone seems to be using. I just might have to rethink this and give it a try sometime. Thanks for the suggestion.

Haven't tried the grab boxes but Fran is the best and she ships so quickly, you almost can't believe it. And she has EVERYTHING. She's my #1 source for stampy stuff.

I haven't ordered the punch box (yet;)), but when I ordered a bunch of mcgill punches...she included this huge flower punch (I think it was nankong) as a free gift

I recently called her with a frantic request [is that where she got the name for the store--she gets so many "frantic" requests like mine?] for 2 of the Martha Stewart evergreen branch punches that I needed in one week. I was having a class with more students than I had expected so I needed extra punches for the class to go smoothly. Fran was WONDERFUL. She was out of stock but looked up to see when a reorder would arrive and somehow managed to get the 2 new punches to me ahead of when she thought she could. I was soooo pleased and impressed with her help. I can't recommend this store highly enough!

I hope my comment about "crappy punches" wasn't taken the wrong way. I didn't word that well. I was trying to convey that I wasn't sure it would be worth the gamble or if I should take that same money to buy a known punch. I'm thinking I might roll the die and see what happens the next time this offer comes up.

I don't think it was Let us know how they turn out if you do order a box (I still have to make room before I order a box myself...lol)
