Default funny story

*disclaimer for mods * I'm not selling them, just a funny story

An ex-employee was moving & dropped off a " bag of stamp sets" for me. Super-kind? Or designed to make me nuts... jury is out....
What looked like 6 different sets in old clamshell boxes turned out to be this : (AFTER # HOURS OF FIGURING IT OUT?!) I swear it looks like someone dumped 5o stamp sets into a big pile & picked a few here & there, it is bonkers. The names on the boxes weren't even represented by 98% of the bits I found.

Kids at play 1999 5/9
Dreams and dragons 1996 3/17 ( where the heck is the rest??)
gift tag set of six from 2000 3/6
Gentle thoughts 1999 3/4
Button bear 1995 4/17
Cuddles and tickles 1996 2/7
Just for fun 2000 3/8
Snow globe 2002 2/7 ( I have the snow globe though, who would want the other pieces and not the globe??)
Animal valentines 2000 3/6
Nice and easy notes 1996 4/8
so nice 2004 4/9
itty-bitty backgrounds 1997 1/4
sweet and simple 2003 5/8

Festive friends 2000. 3/4
Old-fashioned Christmas 2000 4/6
Perfect party 2001 5/8
Business memos 1998 7/8
Days gone by 2002 6/6 !!!
And the photo below I could not identify probably because I gave up after the three hours it took to do the rest of these SO, HELP??? Guessing I'll donate 90% of them They make me anxious just looking at them, lol. Also, help on id'ing the last few in the photo would be welcomed.

Most of those approximately 1" stamps were "incentive" stamps that demos could buy to give away at parties or for prizes, etc. Unsure of the "Hello".

I recognize the confetti from Button Bear (1995). The others look familiar but I had no other memory jogs as yet. Keep in mind that SU offered incentive sets to Demonstrators Only for decades; these were to give away as booking gifts and were never in any catalog (only in Demo pamphlets). Typically these were images without words. HTH

Great story! And a lesson for all stampers not to break up sets!

Omgoodness...I am impressed you figured out most of that!!! I never would have.

That's why in the rare occasion I break a set I label it what it is. I have seen people break up SU sets and sell them as individuals on Ebay. Which worked for me. I often only like one stamp in a set.

It is unfortunate after all that work you won't even keep most of it though.
