I thinks it because of the file size. Have it downloaded would take up a lot of space on your computer. I prefer paper copies myself.
Not sure about the file size, but maybe. I did notice with the last years of catalogs when the catalogs first came out they had to be read online at first, but once it was actually "live" within a week or two the download feature was turned on. So maybe it will be the same this year...hoping anyway.

But I just get the lady from customer service with a________ rode attitude with that attitude I am not sure has new customer If want to buy from fun stampers journey? And still need help too! I did not wanted to deal with that ladies either. She need attitude change. Or shes going run the customers off.

Doesn't matter what company, demos have so many things in common...enthusiasm, love of crafting, and especially the love of teaching and passing on the joy of crafting to others. There's just nothing like the pleasure of seeing amazement and joy on a new stamper's face when s/he realizes, "hey, I can DO that!"
