The Crafty Secrets medium sets (Roses, Sunflower and Dahlia are at the top of this page) might suit you. There was a Poppy set in the same range but it's not listed on the Crafty Secrets site so my guess is it sold out although you might find it elsewhere (Craft Secrets are going digital so it's only possible to buy stock that people already have in hand).
Flourishes have some beautiful florals and although I don't own any of them so I can't comment from personal experience, their DT have done some lovely samples with Copic colouring.

I love the Flourishes stamps. The nice thing about them is that they are drawn with shading, so that kind of works as a guide for coloring.
If you want something more coloring book style, try Papertrey Ink's year of flower series. Those florals are nice big line drawings.
Gina K designs also introduced a "stately floral" series, and I really like the one with the carnation and hibiscus, but they are the most expensive of my three recommendations.
Stampendous has some beautiful floral stamps. They've even started to include masks with at least some of their stamps which I think is genius and totally awesome. Fran has just done beautiful things with her Fran*tage line. I just got a bunch of her awesome Fran*tage embossing powders - they are absolutely to die for (do I sound just a little excited about her stuff? LOLLLL)

I lot a lot of Northwoods images but I don't buy from their company because they do not have an angel policy. Their images are for personal use only. Adding this info in case this is of importance to the OP.

I have the entire Year of Flowers series by Papertrey Ink. I LOVE them! They work wonderfully with Copics, plus a lot of them are perfect for paper piecing. And PTI has recently come out with dies for each of these sets. The dies were introduced during last month's release, and they quickly ran out of stock. But they are supposed to be available this Friday.
A set that has been on my wish list forever is the Gerber Daisies set by Flourishes. Marcella Hawley has several wonderful sets with Flourishes. I also have their "A Year in Flowers" sets - these are smaller than the others I've mentioned, but I've had great luck in coloring them with my Copics.
And I have a couple of sets from Mark's Finest Paper - the poppies and the lilies, which I love.
