morning everyone! hope everyone enjoyed their holidays and made the best of the time off (if you had some).
before i post my favorites, i was wondering if this thread was dying out and not being enjoyed as much. it has slowed down and i was wondering if that was because it is summer and other things are keeping us away. or has this thread lost its pizazz? just curious.
here are my favorites for the week:
I think the summer does keep some people away. I actually have much more time here in the summer because of vacation from work and school. It's a great way to some of the wonderful cards I have missed because I spend so much time in the challenge forums.
Here a few of my favorites from this past week! Hugs and Fishes by Milwaukee Mommy
Well, I just found this thread last week for the first time, and love it. I heard from some others that they had never seen it either. I think there may be a lot of people that don't know about it too.

I love this thread!!!! Usually all the cards favorited I never saw when I peruse "today's additions". Thank you for starting it every Sunday - no matter how busy you are. Here are two I put into my favorites this week. (I'm new at this so I hope I do it right)
I only have one this week :( ...sad that I find myself "blog" hopping these days instead of searching thru the gallery. My "favorites" blog list has tripled in the last few weeks. This one is just too stinkin' cute to pass up (wish I could find this stamp)!
Wow!!!! I can't believe I'm mentioned *twice* this week ~~ I'm trying to be better about getting to this thread but I always forget about it! Glad I checked this week THANK YOU to icensheba & dstfrommi for the mentions!!!!
Thanks Janice,
NO WAY should you stop this thread. When I have to work on a Sunday, I still like to check it out, cause it always has the best of the best, and since I've been off for 3 days, I actually got to check the gallery and favorite a few myself:
Just one more thing, if you are new and have never done a challenge, some of the best cards come from the challenges found here There's one for every day of the week and checking all the others examples is also inspiration. I love to see what others do with the same challenge I played in. :-D
I LOVE this thread! Everyone finds such beautiful cards that I miss. I would post as well, but I just don't know how to attach the links.......technically challenged I guess. :p
Janice - I LOVE this thread. Each Sunday morning, I get up, get my "weekend cup" (a really large cup) of coffee and sit down to view the "favorites" thread. I so enjoy doing that and hope you won't drop it. My goal is to one day be brave enough to start my own gallery and maybe be chosen as a "favorite". Thanks much -
I love this thread and look forward to it every Sunday. Always amazed at what I missed!!! Thought is was time to start listing some of my favorites since I get so much inspiration from all these wonderful people!
I LOVE this thread! Always check it and am thrilled by all the wonderful cards I miss during the week. With so many cards uploading, it's hard to keep up and I always find some gems that I overlooked. Please don't stop running it, I think the slowing is just summer getting in the way!
Cheers!

Thank-you Debbie for mentioning my card, I had lots of fun doing it.
I want to direct you all to Jennifer Love card Here Comes the Bride. I love that she made a regular Hanna into a bride.
I love this thread and do think it's a great way to see cards you missed. I challenge everyone to try to add a person that isn't as well profiled as some of the ones we are seeing on here.

I get up every Sunday morning to check out this thread, it is my favorite thread. May be because of summer that it is not as active.
I appreciate your time in starting the thread every week - thank you.

I almost choked on my coffee when I saw that Sue (Snellybelle) had favored one of my cards. Thank you so very much - WOW did you make me feel great today
Thank you Janice for starting this thread. It's the way I start my day each Sunday. I love being able to see some of the lovely things I might have missed otherwise.

I agree with this! I think we get in the habit of just favoring those who are already well known and some other really great stampers feel they will never be noticed!
