I don't have any idea, but your card is so cute, and your coloring is wonderful!!

I can't be certain, but it does remind me of my Judith stamps. Same lines.. similar design. Have you tried typing in "fishing" on www.addictedtorubberstamps.com and see if it comes up? Just a thought. Good luck!

Judith is the first person I thought of as well...not sure though.
