The owner is lovely. I was making a calendar set and easel from her Grumplings for my mother-in-law. While I don’t usually do “cute,” these were delightful and I thought my m-i-l would be tickled by them.
I didn’t buy from TE; I bought the sets + instructions to make an easel drawer from an instructor who used to teach at a now-closed LSS, but now sells kits, videos, album instructions, etc.
The stamp set had a duplicate stamp with one missing, and one die didn’t cut well. I emailed TE and the owner almost instantly responded, pulled a stamp and a die from other sets, tested the die to make sure it worked, and mailed it - and was so apologetic. All better in two days.
