There is Sketches2scrapbook (layout sketches) and Sketches4cards (card layouts). My design and I contributed card samples for Sketchs4cards. It was a lot of fun making cards for an app!
I haven't found many apps for the iPad, but I just discovered podcasts! There're loads of scrapbooking podcasts for free on iTunes, some just audio, and others video as well. In addition, YouTube has hundreds, if not thousands of paper crafting videos. As far as I can tell, the difference between the two is that for YouTube, you have to be connected to Internet to watch anything, and if your connection is slow, it will take forever, whereas once you've downloaded the podcasts, they are in your iPod app for use anytime.

I think there is a file app that you can link with your PC to access documents on your phone so if you index your stash in word you can then access it on this file app
I've found a few, but haven't installed them yet. There's a Cricut one that keeps track of your cartridges. Also one for the Cuttlebug. I saw a couple of other Cricut ones, but the names escape me at the moment. I believe the two above ar $1.99 each. I saw the two different sketch ones but haven't had a chance to try either out.
If you're into knitting, there's some knitting apps also. When I'm killing some time, I just put whatever hobby I'm looking for into the search field and that's how I've come across these.
What features to keep track of your supplies would you like to have in an app?
I'd love something like Delicious library where you could scan the bar codes of items you have and then it is listed in a store format. Not sure if it's possible but would be great if it was.

I just downloaded Sketchs4cards Lite to my iPhone and it's awesome! Love the card samples, I will be buying the full version! TFS!

Just something that is like a library index where you can use different categories to make alphabetical lists (preferably that it alphabetizes lol) and that is password protected so you can't accidentally loose info. Oh and that syncs to the comp and transfers to someone elses phone or a new phone so your not re entering
I thought something like that would be around but seems not :(
ok I wanted to edit that last post but it wont let me... odd I mean to say

Oh and that syncs to the comp and transfers to someone else’s phone or a new phone so your not re entering. I can kinda see it as an Ibooks kinda set up… like different “books” for each list that you can change the “book” title to what ever supply you want and then make the lists within that book. So when you are shopping you can just open that book when you are looking at those kind of supplies.
Actually if it was made in the Ibooks kinda way it could be really adaptable to different ppl rather than just crafting...

Tell him we need an app for Stampin Up stamps. It would need year, name, retired, price. It would be great so when I am looking for past stamps I could just look at my list that I have updated to see if I have it, or is it on my wishlist.

An excellent suggestion. Scanning and storing is likely to be possible, plus scanning an item while at a store to check if you already have the item at home.
I have found a couple great apps for my iphone - but now just need to start using them more! LOL
Here are the ones I have - they can index all of your supplies etc and you can take photos too so you can remember - and not double purchase (not that THAT has ever happened to me! LOL).
Can't remember the costs - I think most were free or very low cost cause I am on very limited budget! I am also a quilter and some apps really can work for both art mediums!
Scrapbooker: think this is what many are looking for, and it is out there! This is fun and very useful! List supplies, equipment, etc. very good help section. It is set up with "Supplies" and "Equipment" headers - then the sub sections can be sorted by name (a-z or z-a), Type, Color, Pattern, Category, and Store. Good fields within these categories: Image (either from library or camera), Name with notes section, Brand, & Store (as you generate your information each category keeps the previous entries so it is then faster to just select from previous entries).
Fabric Stash: (by Blueshift Software) they also do the "Scrapbooker" app I described. Main categories are: Fabric Stash, Fabric Projects, Wish List, Non-Fabric Items, Search etc. The types and amounts of information you can enter on these apps is great!
* Both of the above apps have back up feature which is great after doing all the work to upload information!
Wunderlist: (not a sp error) This is a generic list generator for those who want that organization system - it is great. You can check lists off, keep them to track progress, to do etc.
Doodle Buddy: great to draw a quick sketch etc. or design if you have to sit and wait somewhere. Fun for kids too!
Colorsnap: Sherwin Williams - great for color mix ideas. Fun little app and it is free.
I hear that other paint companies offer similar types of free apps!
Quilt Calc: This is from Quilter's Paradise and Robert Kaufman Fabrics. It's a great little app for quilters from converting measurements to calculating all types of pieces and yardage requirements for fiber arts projects.
Have not had time to check these out - but they sound good. I use the above interchangeably as each one offers various options that I can use as a multi-media artist. For example - I LOVE the "WISH LIST" section under the Fabric Stash app! I use it for ALL of my wish list items!
"Pattern Pal"
"Fabric Journal"
Another site to check out is "HandmadeInteractive.com" which I have yet to do - guess there are other apps available.
Blessings
I would love to hear what other iPhone or iPad apps folks love and use - for quilting or mix-media apps. I know there is more out there. But I too struggle to find things when I search the iTunes site.

I really like the Clear and Simple Stamps app. They share a new project every day. I love seeing what they come up with, even thought I don't have a lot of their stamps.

Just got an iPhone (really my first grown-up cell phone). Thanks for the thread. How come SCS doesn't have one (are you listening Lydia)? How fun would it be for it to scroll through the gallery at random or to be able to pull up your favorites?
The only craft app I found was the Family Fun app for kids crafts. I love this magazine and their crafts (my kids are little). But it's well done. You can save the ones you want to do, track the completed items, even build a shopping list from the necessary supplies. If you have kids, it's a good one.
I wish SCS had one because navigating this site with a tiny screen is tough sometimes! Glad to see about the Cricut cartridge one, I'll definitely be getting that!
Well, the wealth of ideas on Pinterest has been the only one I have so far. But when I have time later I am going to check out these links. Thanks for the information!

Totally agree with these suggestions. Ton of Stampin Up users and demos would use!
