A bunch of my SCS friends and I were getting silly this afternoon and decided to show each other the very first card we'd ever posted to our Splitcoast gallery. It was great to see how much we've grown as stampers! I think we know each other too well, though, 'cause we wound up laughing so hard! So, in good humor and in the interest of making y'all smile, I'm gonna share mine here. And I promise I won't feel bad if you laugh.
Well carpola! All of your cards are nicer than mine. Except maybe Jimmi's. LMBO!!! Sorry, Jimmi-Jam! I love you, too! Sherry, seven people favorited yours!
Okay, here's my first upload, done crookedly on a scanner with very bad cropping. Now I use my digi camera, and I'm getting much better in the photography department!

alright but only because you seem to be so nice will I show this one..........no one told me to put down the decorative edge scissors like they should have Jester Juggles by gamblemom at Splitcoaststampers
O.k.... you asked for it! Here is the first card I ever posted to SCS. I think it is also one of the first times I ever did the Shaving Cream technique. This one isn't an awful card (not great, just not awful), but trust me, there are some doozies in my gallery. ;)

One of my very first card classes made a card eerily simaler to this.

Did you upload it here? :-) That would be funny!

This is interesting. I went to my Earlier Cards album and there are six cards with the oldest upload date ~ April 2007. This one isn't the actual first one I'm sure, but it definitely is the worst one!
On one of the Virtual Stamp Nights this challenge was posted. Start with one of your earliest cards -- maybe find one in the bottom of your card file. Then improve on it. Make the same card only better.
Here is what I did for that challenge... Old Card Improved Card
Keep in mind that even my "Improved Card" is now three years old. I hadn't heard about sponging the edges and I hate how I cut out around the text. Still room for improvement
