Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites for Week Ending January 17, 2010
There! I got the date right.
What a great week in the gallery! Here are some of my favorites. I'll post the rest after church.
defoe's Ceramic Butterfly card is simply stunning
hskelly used a bit of embossing and a simple puppy image to make her OLC extra special
CAKath used simple black silhouettes to make her fabulously modern pampered chef invitations
reneejul1 made a beautifully textured set of 2-toned cards
crazystampchick used a clever cut out on her fun To the Beach card; her crabby card also caught my eye with its fun red check paper and punny sentiment
snail's love birds card is dramatically pretty with its red and gold and white
MakiJ posted a lovely OLC with a great ribbon treatment, and check out those bottom corners!
sf9erfan used kraft and white with a touch of pink to make an elegant valentine
KY Southern Belle used a fun heart border punch to make a sweet valentine in surprising colors
steubner made an elegant Verve preview card that caught my eye with its pretty use of black half pearls.
JullieHRR proves her Queen of CAS status with this gorgeous little card she just whipped up on the spur of the moment
lnl96 used some fab textured paper I just have to own for her delighfully simple Partridge Tree card
Petal Pusher's Blue Tiffany Card jumped out of the gallery and into my faves all by itself...it's stunning!
dahlhousedesigns made a sweet sweetie card with kraft and a touch of pink glitter...and a ghirardelli chocolate on the inside. Yum!
die cut diva posted a crisp and friendly Winter Wishes card
ReginaBD used farm animal images to make a warm and rustic thank you card
kimbermcgray's mushrooms and snail make a wonderful statement
Biggan makes my list this week with her fabulous Bringing Love card
whoistracy posted a sweet and softly pink four squares card
Julesiana used awesome DP and a great layout on her Baby It's Cold Outside card
pbft took lampshades to a new level with her Brighten Your Day card
FaieeMom made a Beauty of a pink notecard!

and although this is not mentioned as a CAS, Rox71's Black and White was a very clean design

Unfortunately, my gallery cruising time was limited this week and when I do cruise the gallery, it's not just for this week alone, so you will see some card creations that members did a few weeks ago or even a month ago. I hope this isn't breaking the "rules," but look on the bright side, you might see a card that you otherwise missed and you'll love it!
This Sneak Peak SU Style by Karen Barber has been mentioned numerous times but it deserves a standing ovation!
Owl Love You by Ilina Crouse is outstanding. All of Ilina's work is just cutting edge and innovative.
Jacksonbelle Bling Challenge by Jazzytobi is a favorite of mine this week too. Her gallery is full of funky and fun cards that I believe combines a great clean and simple style yet adds just that one perfect element to it to make it stand out.
Raccoon Birthday by Susan (LateBlossom) is just the cutest card with a layout that I plan to use often.
CAS49 by Hobbywoman whom I personally blame for all of my Papertrey orders lately!
Farm Fresh Chickens by Denise Marzec (Peanutbee). I love the fun colors and layout, and have already cased this. You can see my Farm Fresh Birds CASE in my gallery.
Teresa Kline's (va.sunshine) Be Mine. Does this rock or what?!
Resqbarbie's True Blue Friend did it again for a uniquely stunning card.
KEA2004 My First Challenge Post. Her entire gallery needs to be paid attention to if this is any indicator of this lady's fabulous work.
Bella Thank Yous by Christine Creations. Everything that she's done with this stamp set has left me in awe.
Markie's Mom (Faith), Speedy the Cat Loves Sunflowers had me gawking at her superb coloring!
Chilly Winter Scene by Miss Boo (Jen) warmed my heart.
Sweet Birthday Smooch by Angie Crockett is totally sweet with those perfect colors, embellishments, techniques, and get those candles at the top!

Raccoon Birthday by Susan (LateBlossom) is just the cutest card with a layout that I plan to use often.
CAS49 by Hobbywoman whom I personally blame for all of my Papertrey orders lately!
Farm Fresh Chickens by Denise Marzec (Peanutbee). I love the fun colors and layout, and have already cased this. You can see my Farm Fresh Birds CASE in my gallery.
Teresa Kline's (va.sunshine) Be Mine. Does this rock or what?!
Resqbarbie's True Blue Friend did it again for a uniquely stunning card.
KEA2004 My First Challenge Post. Her entire gallery needs to be paid attention to if this is any indicator of this lady's fabulous work.
Bella Thank Yous by Christine Creations. Everything that she's done with this stamp set has left me in awe.
Markie's Mom (Faith), Speedy the Cat Loves Sunflowers had me gawking at her superb coloring!
Chilly Winter Scene by Miss Boo (Jen) warmed my heart.
Sweet Birthday Smooch by Angie Crockett is totally sweet with those perfect colors, embellishments, techniques, and get those candles at the top!
