I ordered from them and waited and waited, finally calling to say I'd never received the order. Their comment was "maybe it went to someone else's apartment [I live in a private home, and received orders from 3-5 other stamp companies that month. They did mail me another shipment but I've been hesitant to order from them again.
GREAT service! Have ordered a few times. I once had a problem with a stamp I purchased at a LSS. I emailed to let them know. Their response was next to unbelievable. The stamp was not only replaced but they also sent me several other stamps that went with the set. I would have ZERO hesitation to order from AI.
I, too, have placed a number of orders with them and agree with the previous posters that their service is good. I have nothing negative to say about the company. I'm pleased and will likely order from them again...and again...and again...

I've ordered once from them and had a minor problem. My stamps had not shipped after a week so I called and they were great. They apologized and said they didn't know why they hadn't shipped but that they would be sent that day and they were. They included an extra stamp in the shipment and I am very happy with their products. It's nice to know that their customer service is so helpful.
