If you re-read my post, I didn't say that many people won't be back (though I did end it with many loyal customers possibly going beyond frustration).
My main point was for NEW customers.
How can NEW customers "be back" if they can't get there in the first place?
Have you ever returned to a restaurant (no matter how good their food is to their current customers) if the parking lot is roadblocked you haven't had your FIRST meal there? |

Hi everyone! Just got in from a night out- see the site isn't working so maybe I don't have to worry about what to order... but... I know the chartreuse paper is not available- were there any other announcenents about things not available? I have a list, and need to tally up to see if I should sell my soul or just a couple of body parts.

Lily of the Valley is gorgeous, and I don't know why I didn't notice inside & out before, I will get so much use out of that! Also love the Aloha set. Geometrics is nice but I have some other similar backgrounds. Can't get too excited about the balloons, maybe it's the distressing?
