1. All stamp impressions and use of digital images must be made by hand. You may not mass produce, or duplicate our images through any means digitally or mechanically. All images on this website are copyrighted.
2. Please whenever possible, give credit to Bombshell Stamps for images you use in items you create for resale or publishing.

We want you to get the most value out of our products so give you permission to use our stamps for creating personal and resalable items as long as: * Each item is handstamped. There She Goes is proud to be an Angel Company. Feel free to use any TSG stamps for both personal and commercial use but all projects must be hand stamped.. Mechanical or computerized reproduction of There She Goes images is prohibited in any form . The resale of stamped images for profit is prohibited as well.

We do not allow people to sell stamped images but if people want to sell their handcrafted cards we have no objections at all, as long as it is not for real big commercial purposes.

Your Next Stamp is an Angel Company. This means you have our permission to use our stamps to make small quantities of cards or paper crafts that you intend to sell. Items must be hand-stamped so this means no mass production. We will allow quantities of 50 or less to be produced of any one image.

It is not acceptable to stamp out images and then sell the stamped images for others to color and use in craft projects.

Our images may not be digitally reproduced in any way.

You can hand make products using our rubber stamps and sell them for a profit, as long as no machine replication is used. This policy applies to all of our rubber stamps except PEANUTS�. On these lines we cannot give permission for you to use them on products you will be selling for profit. We would love to be part of your stamping experience please feel to use our
stamps to create or personalize any papercrafting project whether it be
cardmaking, scrapbooking or those truly special events in your life. We grant
permission to make and sell artwork made with our stamps as long as you
meet the following criteria:
 All items must be hand-stamped and handmade by the artist and not
mechanically or digitally reproduced in any form.
 All of JustRite design images are proprietary and/or copyrighted by
their respective owners, so that they may not be copied without
permission. To help protect these proprietary rights granted herein, all
craftwork created for sale using JustRite design images must be
attributed to the respective proprietary rights and/or copyright owner
by marking each craftwork with the same copyright notice found on
our packaging.
 When sharing your creativity with our products on your blog please
give us stamp credit for our products.
 You may not use JustRite design images for the purpose of creating
logos or company trademarks.
 When submitting projects to online galleries or to magazines for

At Avery Elle we want you to be able to use our products on your creations for resale, however we do have some restrictions listed below.

All Avery Elle Stamps are copyrighted and are protected under United States and International copyright law. They cannot be copied without Avery Elle's permission.

AVERY ELLE STAMPS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not rent our products to others.

You may sell stamped artwork if you adhere to the following criteria:

- All stamped art is individually hand stamped and may not be reproduced or copied using any means other than hand stamping. This includes photocopying, printing, tracing, scanning, etc.
- Artwork for sale must be hand stamped by the artist personally. Mass production and use of paid workers is not allowed.
- Avery Elle images may not be used for logos, trademarks or promotional materials.

People selling stamped art assume all liability for their work and agree to indemnify Avery Elle and its artist(s) from disputes arising from their work.

Paper Smooches Angel Policy grants limited permissions (a license) to purchasers of Paper Smooches Stamps to create hand-stamped artwork for sale. All Paper Smooches products are copyrighted by Kim Hughes (The Illustrator) and are protected under United States and International copyright law, which means they cannot be copied without Paper Smooches permission. Paper Smooches Angel Policy grants limited permissions (a license) to purchasers of Paper Smooches Stamps to create hand-stamped artwork for sale. The terms and conditions of this Angel Policy:

�Paper Smooches designs may only be used in the creation of original, hand-stamped artwork.
�Any artwork created using Paper Smooches product designs must not infringe third-party copyrighted material. The artist must accept full responsibility for his or her artwork.
�No product design may be reproduced, copied or resized by any means, including photocopying, computer scanning and printing, or by freehand drawing. Creating die cut files are not allowed. Hand-stamping is the only allowed format when creating with Paper Smooches artwork. Artwork for sale must be personally hand-stamped by the selling artist, and any mass production or use of paid workers is prohibited.
�The following notice must appear on hand-stamped artwork created for resale: � Paper Smooches
�Completed hand-stamped artwork may be sold at craft fairs, fund raisers, retail locations, and over the internet. We are delighted that you love our images as much as we do and we want you to share your creations as much as possible. Our Angel Policy is as follows:

Personal use is unlimited.

All commercial use of our designs (ie. Etsy, etc.) must adhere to the following terms and conditions:

All stamp impressions must be made by hand and no mechanical or other form of reproduction is permitted.
Quantities are limited to projects that are limited in scope, and otherwise do not constitute an ongoing business. Additionally, quantities for commercial use are generally allowed if they are in the range of 50 hand-stamped impressions per stamp image.
Wherever possible, Wplus9 Design Studio, LLC copyright should be credited.
The production of much larger numbers, and/or for an ongoing business, would need explicit permission and would be subject to an official agreement. For example, if you wanted to offer a permanent design, that you hand-created to order, an agreement to provide commercial licensing for those designs could be permitted. Wplus9 Design Studio, LLC images would need proper credit in your product description.

Here at Lawn Fawn we want you to be able to use our products on your creations for resale, but we do have a few restrictions that protect us and our art. Here is our policy:

Lawn Fawn designs are protected under United States and international copyright laws and treaties.

Lawn Fawn images may not be used for logos, trademarks or promotional materials.

You may not copy or rent our products. Our products are for personal use only.

Angel policy -Newton's Nook Angel Policy
All Newton's Nook Designs products are original artwork and are protected under United States and International copyright law, which means they cannot be copied without Newton's Nook Designs permission.
Newton's Nook Designs Angel Policy grants limited permissions (a license) to purchasers of Newton's Nook Designs Stamps to create hand-stamped artwork for sale. The terms and conditions of this policy are listed below:

Cards and other creations for resale that use Newton's Nook Designs images must be hand-stamped by the individual seller and not reproduced or copied by other means such as photocopying, scanning, tracing etc.
Mechanical or electronic reproduction of Newton's Nook Designs images for resale is prohibited at all times, including but not limited to photocopies, scans, or creation of die cuts.
Newton's Nook Designs images may NOT be digitally altered or used for logo designs, trademarks or any other promotional materials.
Individuals who sell stamped art assume all liability for their work and agree to indemnify Newton's Nook Designs and its artist(s) from disputes arising from their work.
Newton's Nook Designs should be credited whenever possible

Fun Stampers Journey encourages its Journey Coaches and customers to use our products in projects.

The company allows you and your customers to sell your hand-stamped cards and projects at a variety of outlets (retail stores, online, craft events, etc.) as long as each is hand created. We discourage our Journey Coaches from selling digitally or electronically reproduced projects. It should be understood that the projects for sale are the creation of the Journey Coach or customer, and not products sold by the Company.

We encourage the use of Fun Stampers Journey products in the creation of projects to be submitted to publications or online; please ensure product credit is given to the Fun Stampers Journey brand.

Currently, Duncan Enterprises is no longer manufacturing PSX branded products, however, all copyrights are still owned and protected by Duncan Enterprises. The following Angel Policy was posed for Duncan Enterprises (PSX) which you would use to in your wish request:

We welcome artists who wish to sell their hand-made craftwork using our PSX� branded products. This practice is known as an Angel Policy and has been adopted as a benefit to PSX Customers. We have granted permission in the form of a limited license to use any PSX products for the purpose of creating craftworks for sale. The policy guidelines are as follows:

Each craftwork created for sale must be personally and individually made by the selling artist and may not be reproduced or copied in any form by any means, graphic, electronic, or mechanical, including photocopying. Mass production, assembly-line construction, production by workers for hire, or syndication of the design for sale is strictly prohibited.

Each item that has one or more PSX� designs must be marked with "� PSX�," in a size and location that gives reasonable notice.

All PSX designs are copyrighted (which means that they may not be copied without written permission).

The quantity limit for for-sale handmade craftworks is no more than 100 items per year (year being 12 months from the date of your first sale).

You may sell your craftworks at community fundraisers, seasonal boutiques or bazaars, or other temporary craft events. However, the PSX name, trademarks, or logos cannot be used at any location where items are sold, nor may they be used in any manner to solicit sales of such items. Handmade items cannot be sold in any permanent retail location (any location that conducts business in a store, consignment shop, kiosk, mall or Internet site), nor may they be sold to other vendors for resale purposes.

You may not use PSX images for the purpose of creating logos or company trademarks.

Persons creating handmade items for sale are responsible for complying with any state and local business and tax regulations.

Persons participating in this Angel Policy assume all liability for suitability of their work and agree to indemnify PSX and its artists from disputes arising from their work.

PSX branded products and designs are owned by Duncan Enterprises, a California corporation. The laws of the State of California govern the policy. The state and federal courts for Fresno County, California, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceeding arising from this policy. Any failure by Duncan Enterprises to enforce any of its rights will not constitute a waiver of such rights.
