24 Hour Craft Event on HSN!
Hey, HSN is kicking off a 24-Hour Craft Day tonight at 11:00 PM Central Time. Anna Griffin will start it off, then it continues all day tomorrow. I love to watch these shows off and on all day.
I always say I'm just going to "watch", but usually end up springing for something.

I just ordered the WR Memory Keepers Precision Press. It's similar to the Misti, but I like the function better. It's only $19.95, and you can get it for $4.99 per month on your credit card with Flex Pay. That's pretty reasonable.
I own the Misti, but don't like that I'm limited to the size paper I can use with it. With the Precision Press, you can use any size paper you want and don't have to cut it to size before you stamp.
A lot of times, I will stamp quite a few images on an 8-1/2 x 11 piece of cardstock, and then color and cut them out. When I use the Misti, I have to cut my paper beforehand. I think I'll like this better.

The lavendar Explore Air 2 is very pretty and all most tempts me, but I'm afraid I'll have the same problem with the Print Then Cut feature that I'm currently having with the machine I have! It stopped working when Cricut instructed their crafters to change from the Internet Explorer browser to Firefox or Chrome. Can't get the calibration sheet to print! They even sent me a new machine already pre-calibrated and tested at their company. I plugged it in and tried to Print Then Cut and the feature still doesn't work! Talk about frustrated!

So far I've resisted getting an electronic cutter like Cricut. I'm pretty computer savvy, but don't have the patience for the learning curve that I know is necessary to use the Cricut. I have a pretty good time using my dies and my Cuttlebug. Sorry for your frustrations.

You are right. It helps. Sometimes I even talk to my little toy poodle when I'm frustrated.

Pets are great. I have two mini dachunds. I love them like they were my kids. Funny little clowns and so loving.

Oh I did want several items, especially from Anna Griffin, and was ready to get on my computer to order - and then turned off the TV and closed my computer and went to bed.

I'm on here everyday but would you believe I didn't see this post until now??!! Probably a good reason, I wouldn't have ordered anyway but would have been fun to watch. ah huh.

I resisted spending $50 on a new toy -- the We R Memory Keepers laser measuring board thing. Looked awesome but that is a lot for a tool.

I too was sure I was going to resist, but I'm sooo into coloring, that I caved and got some of the Spectrum Noir big coloring pads. I also got their set with the metallic pencils and pads, figuring I could also use the pads for my markers too since the designs are on one side. I have the Colorblend pencils, so it'll be nice to try the metallic ones. Actually I have a lot of different brands; did I say I love to color???!!!!!!
