Here's my card -- I've been thinking to do something in red and brown for the last few days -- so this was the push I needed!!!! Great challenge again!!! Here's my link:
Well I got my card all done and realized I had used 2 embellies, ugh. I posted it in my gallery but didn't code it with the LSC since I didn't follow the rules. Here is a thumbnail :
Haven't used this set in years.....but I really like it with these colors. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
All I kept thinking is a gingerbread house and white frosting....
Here's my first one today -- and I say first, cause I didn't add any other color besides browns, so I should probably make another card (don't cha think) and boy don't you just hate it when you have to stamp another card.
45 Minutes exactly - I almost failed! I have wanted to make a card using choc chip, Sahara sand, and Caribbean ever since my since my son came home from church camp with a t-shirt in these colors. It is my very favorite shirt of his and goes real well with his big brown eyes. Anyway if you think my card needs something else (maybe gold stickles on the big star) please let me know as I am making more for Christmas. Thanks! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I did this card in 20 minutes! I usually don't take more than 45 minutes for a card, so I tried to do mine under 30 minutes. Thanks for the great challenge. Here's my card:
Does anyone have any tips on how to take better pictures? I hardly get any good ones :( I tried taking it at an angle, but it was still blurry and dark.
Well, I have mine done, but I need to go chauffer (sp?) some businessmen from the office back to their hotel, so gotta run and will upload when I get back.
Uh-Oh!!! I guess I didn't pay much attention to the use only one embellishment part...I guess you can count the spiral clip and ribbon as one????prettty please....I guess I need to read a little closer. Oh well...I had fun making this one!!!!

Thanks for the challenge Jen, I found it hard to not add stuff, I kept coming up with cool things to add, but couldn't. I actually like my card quite plain!

Well, this one started out as a challenge card, but grew and grew and grew into this. Green is a neutral, isn't it? If not, the challenge police might come and get me. Oh well. I'm linking it to the challenge anyway. I hope it's alright. ;)
Jen, you've created a monster - I've used every spare minute today making cards with this challenge! I used peaceful wishes on all of them and the same basic colors and designs... but just changed a few things on each one seeing how many different looks I could get.
I love this challenge, because usually I can't think beyond two colors anyway, or at least without a lot of effort. Just see my gallery...
This card was stewing in my mind for a while, so I was able to get it done quickly, except for the fact that I had help from 6 other hands. (Let's just say glitter everywhere).
