Hello, Everyone, hope you are all well and having a good day. We are getting ice and snow for the next couple of days. I don't expect to lose power, but thought I would post early, just incase. This week I am challenging you to make a card design that is unusual or different than the usual card designs that you make. Have fun and let us see what you come up with.
Uploading: Remember the keyword is without spaces. Use a comma between keywords with a space after each comma.
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!
Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows: One window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Got to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
Thank you for the push to use up some smaller than A2 card bases. I have been collecting them for about a year because I just don't do smaller cards. Here are my cards:
Shirley- great challenge, thank you! Went with a rather CAS card, only putting a top border of fabric strips. Fussy cut my stamped elements, simply colored. Here's Cat Treat

This was a great challenge today- I got out a kit I bought 3 years ago while visiting the Netherlands and used it up- finally. There are 3-4 layers of each image with dimensionals between each label. Each layer has less of the image, so it looks very realistic..... They call it decoupage cards. My husband loves squirrels, and so does Gracie's mother Bernice, this weeks Teapot recipient. I am so glad to have a fun and different card to sent to her, and hopefully put a smile on her face!
Here is my different card design. I trimmed the card front to make a little different card front. Also using this for the TicTacToe Challenge. No Reason

I don’t do collage nearly enough, ditto inchies, and this challenge gave me another chance to go back and do last weeks inchie challenge that I never got around to!
My unusual and different is in a collage format. I used a couple of cocktail napkins to bring this spread together, so thought that met the challenge nicely.
I am playing Challenge cardmaking, and hopefully, doing some catching up, as well.
This is a belated "welcome to the world" card for my third granddaughter for her Grandma Keepsakes box. I've never made a Pop-Up Box Card (aka Card-In-A-Box) before...what fun!
